What is the Damage Waiver? The Damage Waiver is an annual non-refundable charge of £4.99, covering you against the cost of accidental damage to our equipment and facilities. Once paid, you're covered for any sessions you attend within the 12-month period from the date of purchase. This waiver is designed to offer peace of mind and avoid the high repair or replacement fees that may apply in the event of accidental damage. ✅ What Does the Waiver Cover? Accidental damage to the following items during NWTGR sessions: Rifles – May otherwise incur a charge of up to £750 Pistols – Charge of up to £250 Magazines – Charge of up to £100 each Target Materials – Wood, OSB, steel, backstops (up to £150) Building Structure/Fixtures – Repair charges up to £2,400 ⚠️ What is NOT Covered? The waiver does not apply to: Wilful or malicious damage Damage caused by negligence or reckless behavior Participants under the influence of alcohol/drugs Non-waiver holders Damage outside of scheduled session times In such cases, you may be charged in full for repair or replacement. Waiver Cost and Term Cost: £4.99 per person (non-refundable) Term: 12 months from the date of payment Eligibility: Participants 14 years and older Covers: All future sessions within the waiver term Why This Waiver Makes Sense Without the waiver, individuals may be charged the following: Item Potential Charge Rifle Up to £750 Pistol Up to £250 Magazine Up to £100 OSB/Steel/Targeting Material Up to £150 Damage to BuildingUp to £2,400 With the waiver, these charges are waived in the event of accidental damage.

1. Introduction

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Damage Waiver Policy offered by NWTGR Limited (North Wales Tactical Gun Range).

This waiver covers you against accidental damage to range equipment and property during sessions, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Annual Waiver Fee

Fee: £4.99 (per person, aged 14+)
Valid For: 12 months from the date of payment
Covers: All future tactical shooting sessions attended during the term
Non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Coverage

The Damage Waiver protects you from financial liability for accidental damage to the following:

4. Exclusions – What’s NOT Covered

You understand that the waiver does not cover:

Wilful, deliberate, or malicious damage
Damage caused by reckless use, misuse, or negligence
Damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Damage caused outside of booked session times
Use of equipment by individuals not authorised or supervised by NWTGR staff
Any participant who has not paid for the waiver

Where any of the above applies, you agree to be liable for the full cost of replacement or repair.

5. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to follow all safety instructions and NWTGR Range Rules at all times.
You will use equipment responsibly and notify staff immediately in case of any issues or accidents.
You understand this waiver is not insurance, but a goodwill policy provided by NWTGR to reduce the burden of damage costs.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent

By signing below, you confirm that:

You are aged 14 or older
You have read and understood this Damage Waiver Agreement
You understand the limits of coverage and agree to the exclusions
You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement
