Gift Voucher and Firearms Course Deposit Policy

Gift Vouchers are sold and paid for in full at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed for a cash amount. The prices advertised for any event can be found on our website, social media, and on the gift voucher itself.

No refunds are given once the gift voucher has been purchased. However, in the event that the Company cannot provide the shooting event, a full refund may be offered if no alternative is available.

Firearms Course Deposits
Deposits paid for firearms training courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, or failure to meet course requirements. By placing a deposit, you are securing a place in a course with limited availability, and the deposit ensures your commitment to attend. Please ensure you are able to participate before booking.
