Cancellation Policy
NWTGR CQB Course (Stages 1 & 2) – Refund & Cancellation Policy 1. General By booking a place on any NWTGR CQB Course (Stage 1 or Stage 2), the participant agrees to the following refund and cancellation terms. 2. Participant Cancellations 2.1 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled course start date and time are non-refundable. 2.2 Cancellations made between 2 days (48 hours) and 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee. 2.3 Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date will be eligible for a full (100%) refund of the total course fee. 3. Non-Attendance Failure to attend the course without prior written notice (“no show”) will result in no refund under any circumstances. 4. Transfers At the sole discretion of NWTGR, a booking may be transferred to an alternative course date, subject to availability and sufficient notice being provided. NWTGR reserves the right to refuse transfer requests. 5. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling by NWTGR In the event that NWTGR cancels or reschedules a course for any reason, participants will be offered either: A full refund of all fees paid; or The option to transfer to an alternative course date. 6. Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. 7. Exceptional Circumstances Any requests for refunds outside of the terms outlined above will be considered solely at the discretion of NWTGR.
